2222rs Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of 2222rs, the online betting and gaming platform operated at https://2222rs.click. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 2222rs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

2222rs is designed for the Pakistani market and operates with Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as its base currency. All betting limits, deposit amounts, bonus values, and payouts displayed on the platform are denominated in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and use 2222rs, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 2222rs does not permit access to any part of its real-money services to persons under 18. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and consent to age verification checks.

• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on 2222rs or have requested exclusion from 2222rs and then attempted to re-register before the exclusion period has lapsed.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, CNIC number, date of birth, phone number, and a valid payment method. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on 2222rs. If you have an existing account, you may not register a new one under a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method. Operating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any winnings forfeited.

Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 2222rs support immediately at support@2222rs.click so that we can restrict access while the situation is investigated.

KYC verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, 2222rs will ask you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This involves submitting a copy of your CNIC (both sides) and a recent selfie. Verification typically completes within a few hours of submission. Accounts that have not completed KYC can deposit and play freely but cannot withdraw until verification is approved.

Accurate information: Your account details must remain accurate at all times. If any of your personal information changes — phone number, bank account, or address — you must update your account or notify support. 2222rs is not responsible for payment failures that result from outdated account information provided by the player.

All financial transactions on 2222rs are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept or process payments in any foreign currency. There are no hidden currency conversion fees on 2222rs — what you deposit is what lands in your balance, and what you win is what you receive.

Accepted payment methods currently supported on 2222rs include:

Minimum deposit: Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; higher-volume depositors may be asked to provide source of funds documentation as part of responsible gaming and compliance obligations.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. 2222rs does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees.

Failed or delayed transactions: If a deposit does not reflect in your 2222rs balance within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate and resolve the issue typically within a few hours. Refunds of failed deposits are returned to the original payment method.

From time to time, 2222rs offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and VIP rewards to its players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms plus any specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are displayed on the promotion detail page at the time the offer is active.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The standard wagering requirement on 2222rs welcome bonuses is 10x the bonus amount on sports betting markets, or 20x on casino games. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets on sports before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher count 100% toward requirements. Casino slots count 100%. Live dealer games and Teen Patti count 20%. Virtual Sports count 50%. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering contribution do not count toward clearing a bonus.

Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bot software, placing offsetting bets across accounts, or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations constitutes bonus abuse. 2222rs reserves the right to void bonuses, reclaim bonus winnings, and close accounts where abuse is detected.

Bonus expiry: All bonuses credited to a 2222rs account must be used within the time period specified in the promotion — typically 7 to 30 days. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the period and are removed from the account balance without notice.

Bet acceptance: All bets placed on 2222rs are subject to acceptance by the platform. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet has not been placed. Placing duplicate bets due to slow connections is the player's responsibility — 2222rs will not void duplicate bets accepted before a connection issue is reported.

Minimum and maximum bets: The minimum bet on all products is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event tier, and account level. VIP members may request higher limits through their account manager. 2222rs reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet to Rs 10,00,000 (Rs 10 lakh) regardless of the odds and stake.

Void bets: A bet is voided and the stake returned if: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond 48 hours of the original scheduled time; the market is voided due to a technical error; or the event result cannot be verified by an independent source within 72 hours of completion.

Live in-play betting: Markets may be suspended at any point during live events. 2222rs is not liable for connection interruptions that prevent a player from placing or modifying a live bet. Once a live bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player.

Esports betting: PUBG Mobile, CS2, Dota 2, Valorant, and other esports markets follow the same general betting rules. Matches that are restarted by the tournament organiser before 50% of the originally scheduled game time is complete may be voided at 2222rs's discretion. Forfeits and walkovers are settled according to the tournament organiser's official result.

To maintain a fair and safe environment for all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on 2222rs:

• Using automated bots or software to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform in any way that bypasses human decision-making.
• Collusion with other players in poker, Teen Patti, or any live dealer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing or insider information — placing bets based on information that is not publicly available and that relates to the outcome of a sporting or esports event.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in odds, game logic, or bonus calculations. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable error will be voided. Players who encounter errors are expected to report them to support.
• Circumventing limits or controls — including using family members' accounts to exceed deposit or betting limits, or registering a new account after self-exclusion.
• Money laundering — using 2222rs as a conduit to move funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity.

2222rs actively monitors accounts for irregular patterns. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the platform reserves the right to void related bets, close the account, and report the activity to relevant authorities if legally required.

Gambling should be a source of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a way to resolve financial difficulties. 2222rs takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and provides the following tools to all players at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits are applied immediately when set. Increasing a limit takes 48 hours to come into effect; decreasing a limit is immediate.
• Bet size limits: Cap the maximum stake per individual bet.
• Loss limits: Set the maximum amount you are prepared to lose in a given period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of active play.
• Cooling-off period: Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The account cannot be unlocked early by the player.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from 2222rs. Exclusions of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has passed, and even then reactivation requires a 7-day cooling-off period.

All third-party service providers engaged by 2222rs are contractually bound to protect your data to the same standard as the platform itself.

• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the account to be restricted or closed.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, 2222rs may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed, the verified balance will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within 14 business days.

Voluntary closure: If you wish to close your account, contact support at support@2222rs.click. Before closing, ensure you have withdrawn any balance you wish to keep. 2222rs will close the account within 24 hours of a confirmed request. Accounts cannot be reactivated once voluntarily closed — a new account would need to be registered, subject to the one-account-per-person rule.

2222rs is not liable for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet outages, third-party payment processing failures, natural disasters, or regulatory changes that require services to be restricted or withdrawn.

The platform provides its services on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance wherever possible. Emergency maintenance may be carried out without notice. 2222rs is not liable for bets that cannot be placed or modified due to planned or emergency maintenance.

Betting and gambling involve risk. By using 2222rs, you acknowledge that you may lose the money you deposit and that this is an inherent part of the activity. The platform provides fair odds and certified-random game outcomes, but cannot and does not guarantee any return on bets placed.

2222rs may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform's products, applicable law, or industry standards. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of 2222rs after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should close your account before the change takes effect by contacting support@2222rs.click.
